Thanks for reading. Here’s a short video clip and some written clarification on what I mean by ‘king’ ;)
I am now accepting new clients for two 1-1 programs: Lion’s Edge and King Making.
When I talk about the ‘king’ in men, I’m not talking about tyrannical control, or a kind of elite power that isolates and separates.
I’m pointing to warm-hearted masculine leadership with a savage HEART. A man whose inner wild king is aligned with the order of nature (not the order of his ego.)
This is a man who is living dharma instead of drama. Here is a video clip of me talking about dharma:
Dharma is the opposite of chaos, arrogance and ego. It is the opposite of the mad king, conquerer who blood thirsts for war, or the hunter who kills an elephant just for sport.
Dharma lives in Taoist Emperors who ruled with peace and respected all life, ancient Celtic kings whose kingdom prospered when they lived in harmony with the land, tribal chiefs who listened to the oracle of their women, and in Christ and logos giving order to the world through love, not fear.
I see this ancient lineage still alive today in some Christian husbands, and some male scientists and doctors who have exited the old fear paradigms and are teaching the importance of soil and connecting with nature.
This kind of kingship has the function of turning chaos into order, while also providing fertility and blessings to the world.
In the book King, Warrior, Magician, Lover the authors talk about how schizophrenic patients improved when they started drawing king imagery. Patients who dreamt about kings noticed their life reorganizing in a more positive way.
The king archetype re-orients us to the calm center of things.
Sadly today modern ‘rulers’ and tech leaders give zero fucks about the calm center. They aren’t even making the necessary changes to restore the land to fertility, and our empire is dying. Many of society’s mighty military and government leaders view nature as something to fight, control, or escape from in a rocket.
Big Pharma dupes us to fear our body and the womb. The family unit is dying due to the absence of fathers, breeding men into more chaotic patterns such as hookup culture, polyamory, and ‘situationships.’ Young boys are conditioned to want drama, not dharma.
To get out of drama and into a dharmic state, men need to return to nature. This allows time to be a companion to his own body, and to find order and harmony there.
Then his choices stop being reactive, they become wise and aware, and self-honoring. A self-honoring man attracts his equal, his queen. His relationships feel like harmonious music instead of dissonant noise.
Dharmic men have emotional intelligence…meaning they are skilled at listening. By listening instead of forcing his opinions, the king’s fertility and blessings start to activate.
Listening helps a man create from his center, not from thrashing around, grasping and ego-striving.
His calm resonance will ring out and reach people, his presence will be powerful. Presence is actually a man’s true purpose. Purpose is not something you have to ‘find.’
Purpose is ‘a force that drives action or direction’ but the force needs to come from INSIDE.
When the embodied core (presence) is activated, your state of BEING can be felt by women and others. You hold such containment that you draw in respect and admiration anywhere you go.
If a man is not centered in stillness, he cannot be kind to his own body. He cannot be patient with himself…so he reaches for drama to escape himself.
He will attract women who fawn and mask their true self, cover it up in drama, seduction, sex, transactional relating or blame/ father wounding. And so the cycle continues…until one day you get tired of it.
If you are tired of it and want a transformation, come see me about king making. I am now accepting 2 new clients and you can reach out to me directly with any questions or apply HERE.

Excellent piece Tara!!
This is such a crucial teaching, because unless you sit at the center and are detached from the chaos around you, you will be drug to the depths and flung to the heights, aways off kilter and always grasping at balance, but never achieving it.
Many think that the kings they see around them are just lucky or gifted, but as you know that is not the case. It's an intentional path they walk and one that requires thoughtful maintenance through practice. More often than not a wise guide is needed (and rightly a woman) for men to find these King pathways and be helped onto them.
Of course it can't be just any woman. She must be called to this purpose and immerse herself into the spirit, intellect and intuition required.
You are such a woman.
